Sound Divers was founded in 1994 by Jeff Griffin and Dave Sienko and is based in Bellingham, Washington and serves all of Whatcom County. Rob Carr joined Sound Divers in 2006 to serve Blaine & Semiahmoo. Rob Carr left Sound Divers in 2010 and moved to the Arizona. In 2018 Sound Divers was sold to Ty Campbell, after apprenticing with Dave Sienko.
Ty Campbell is a skilled diver, mariner and native of the Pacific Northwest currently residing in Bellingham, Washington. He prides himself in providing the utmost quality of services.
I am licensed by the Port of Bellingham and insured.
All of my dives include before and after photography (barring the rare equipment failure!).
I use soft brushes, squeegees and pads to clean hulls other coated surfaces and pressure washers to clean uncoated propellers and shafts. I also use fine sand paper to burnish zinc connection contact surfaces, and use underwater anti-vibration thread sealant to keep zincs from coming loose. I also specializes in Underwater pre-purchase inspections, including still and video photography, as well as dock and buoy maintenance. And of course you can always count on me for light salvage.
